Duraweld's accelerated manufacturing service allows customers to get bespoke products in a quicker time than the standard 10 day manufacture.

Duraweld is commited to recycling as many of its products as possible, which include polypropylene - Duraweld were one of the first in the industry to use 100% recycled polypropylene during their manufacturing.

Ring Binder
The product that Duraweld has built its reputation manufacturing.

These hold the ring mechanisms in place in the binders, and are located on the back cover on the binder. Customers must be wary of where these are positioned so they don't impact upon artwork placement. These positions are shown during the 'build your own binder' process.

Duraweld offer a pre-production sample service: samples cost £50 and are manufactured within 5-10 days. See FAQs for more information.

Screen Print
A printing technique used on many of the products we manufacture.

Silk Screening

A multiple printing technique, also known as serigraphy, involving the use of stencils to transfer the design. Ink is applied to a fine mesh screen (nylon, silk) and penetrates areas of the screen not blocked by the stencil. By using several stencils, a number of colours may be employed in a single print.

Spine Size

This is literally the width of the spine of the ring binder. This means that this dimension relates to how much room the binder will take up on your shelf.
