Develop Your Idea Before Full Production
When a product needs to be tested, approved or refined first, a sample or prototype can make the next stage much easier. We can help develop presentation packaging, swatch products, folders, binders and other bespoke items so you can review how the finished concept will look and work in practice. This is especially useful for new product launches, customer presentations, internal approvals and projects with custom sizing or specialist features.
Get in touch to discuss your concept and we can help you move from idea to production-ready product.

Built Around the Final Product
Samples and prototypes are not just about appearance. They help confirm the right format, materials and construction before manufacture begins. Whether you are developing a packaging concept, a sample presentation piece or a bespoke stationery product, Duraweld can help turn an early idea into something ready for production.
Production Samples
We can often supply sample products either from our archive or from current production runs, depending on what is most suitable for your enquiry. These are usually provided as a size reference or as a close example of a similar product, helping you get a better feel for format, construction and overall quality before moving ahead. Archive and production run samples are not made to your exact specification, but they can still be a useful guide during the early stages of a project. A small charge usually applies for these samples.
