I would like to let you know how helpful, efficient and professional Sarah Young has been. I have had a couple of jobs going through recently whereby some have involved lots of back and forth with Sarah for spec and quantity changes and each time she has been extremely helpful and responded immediately where possible and sent out samples to me when needed. I also had an issue with some badge holders recently, where your machine was down so affected my requested delivery date, as soon as Sarah heard about this she was on the telephone offering alternatives, this has now been sorted. Sarah is an asset to Duraweld and I look forward to dealing with her in the future.
