a4bopp3At Duraweld, we think you could use our document boxes to bring an end to detention for your students.

Most schools in the UK are once again up and running, and those attending college or University are also set to return to their studies imminently. As the saying goes ‘new year, fresh start’ and if you are a head teacher, teacher,  lecturer or simply a parent why not think about helping your students in the upcoming academic year by purchasing and handing out document boxes to all your pupils?

Document boxes are perfect for any type of paperwork

This is probably because they are extremely hard wearing, durable and can help store and protect most types of documentation. Below are a few examples of the kind of paperwork that would be best placed in one of our boxes. Buy them via the website or call the office for a box printed with your unique design. (more…)

Scotsman Jamie parting with his cash

The Duraweld charity of the year, Action for Children, has benefited from the generosity of our production manager, Jamie Swan today.  Jamie offered a £1 donation for every employee who got into the spirit of the game and wore a England shirt to work.

£66 lighter, Scotsman Jamie was still in good spirits ahead of tonight’s match against Algeria.

Action for Children is a children’s charity that supports and speaks out for the UK’s most vulnerable and neglected children and young people. To donate click here.

Our national honour makes Yorkshire proud!

And I thought we were proud!  Yorkshire Forward has published a short article about our ‘honour’ of being listed amongst The Sunday Times top 60 Best Green Companies. It is great to have the recognition, and we’re content to be making Yorkshire proud. Read the article yourself at http://bit.ly/cm4urs.

We’ve always offered our customers recyceld vinyl on their ring binders - as standard. In 2008 we expanded the recycled range to include 100% recycled polypropylene made from our own offcuts and end-of-life customer returns.  This 100% recycled material is great for document boxes or economy ring binders. Buy online at www.duraweld.co.uk or call the office on 01723 584091 to speak to an expert.
