Three Pillars Awards

We introduced the ‘three pillars’ system to Duraweld in 2008, and since then it has brought about significant changes in how we operate and how we serve our customers.

      •   Outstanding customer service

 

In 2009 we launched the Three Pillars Awards. We asked all our employees to nominate who they thought had excelled in each area. The response has been fantastic and we are thrilled to be able to congratulate the winners of our 2011 award:
